The little three dots in the upper right corner is good for some products, but not for others, I have some products where the customers product is a file based on their work in in the editor, so if they can download it, they won't pay for it. 

So how do I disable the actions in some products, but not all??

There is currently no way of doing that for individual products. I'll move this to the feature request forum.
