Major plugin flaw - please help!

Hi there,

I have a canvas printing business and use your plugin to allow my customers to create canvas prints with their own photos.

The problem I am encountering is quite a big one, as it has the potential to push customers away due to the plugin's unexpected behaviour.

I will show you an example of what I am talking about. Go to the following link:

https://www.canvasartdepot.com.au/product/collage-style-1-75-50/

You will see that this page has multiple upload fields which allows the customer to create a collage canvas.

Now, the problem:

Sometimes, when you click one of the upload areas to upload an image, the uploaded image actually gets displayed over the background (underneath the upload fields) instead of into the upload field the user originally clicked to upload into.

I have no idea why this is happening. It doesn't happen all the time either, but it happens often enough to cause me concern.

How can this be fixed? I have looked at the settings and cannot find anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

IK Design

Please make sure you are on the latest version - the only known occurrences of this issue were fixed quite a few versions ago. If you are, then please let us know if you can reliably replicate the issue as I've just tried several times and simply can not.

Hey Johnny,

I paid someone to test the plugin for me and to try and get the replication steps.

Unfortunately, she was not able to replicate the problem every time, but she did find some errors that could be associated.

Here, take a look at the document she compiled of the errors:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rF-l-BVLULoCO2JbwATTt8HbMOSE3iabXDB94_hHVYg/edit?usp=sharing

The images she used to test the plugin are here:

What do you make of this?

Thanks,

Irvin
