I am very interested in this tool. I was wondering if it would be possible to lock text options to certain areas of a product. 

Imagine a t shirt with 4 lines of text on it. And each line was pre defined so they user could not move it. Is this possible with fancy product designer. 

You can without any problems add text elements that can not be edited by the user. I hope that is what you meant?
