I have running version 3.1 from Fancy Product Designer on my server. And I saw there is a option that if the customer added a product in cart, and click on the product name or thumbnail that it goes back to the design.
But on my site, if the customer click on the product name or thumbnail it goes back to the editor, but the design is GONE. So it looks like if the customer must start again.
How is this possible? Do I forgot a setting or something?
Thanks

In general there is no issue with this feature we know of. I'm guessing it's a server issue. Please open a ticket or at least post a link to a page with the issue.
