Customer Shipping Info not being transferred to Pay Pal for Fancy Product purchases

I just tried to print shipping labels for my Fancy Product Orders and to my dismay I found that the customer's shipping information was not transferred to Pay Pal.
This is a major concern for several reasons. The most important one is that for all of those orders I now am not covered under "seller protection' with Pay Pal.
The other concern is having to manually type out shipping labels for each order. This is a time consuming hassle AND opens the door for errors.
I am using Woocommerce and have had no problems with other items that are not Fancy Products.
Please advise how to correct this problem.
Thanks so much
