Can I use the designer to create a product layout? Fixed zone width and height and the text as it sticks to the area, which he had not been long must fit in one line and stretch

I'm not quite sure if I understand you correctly, sorry. I do believe it is. You do mean that you want a fixed area in which the text can be edited and stretched, however not outside of the area? And also limit to one line? The feature that allows this is a text-box layer.
