That's done with a bounding box. You can set those up in the settings, default element options, custom image options. Bounding boxes can be setup for all addable layer types independently.

You've now set a bounding box for the selected layer in the product builder -> that will create problems as it is bigger then the bounding box you created. Please delete that bounding box.

You need to set the bounding box in the settings, for custom added images as I had described earlier.
