Very quick question... I have two types of products that I will be using FancyProductDesigner with and I would like to use two different UI's depending on the product. I can save two different Layouts but i can only seem to enable one for everything.
Is there a way of setting some fancy products to Layout A and some to Layout B?

You've probably overlooked the individual settings then. They can be found on the WooCommerce edit product page (or normal page):
