i am not sure how to do this. We offer several products which can be customized in FPD. Some of them are avalaible in different colors. How

can i integrate that option? I only know how to do this in woocommerce but not in fpd...

Simply via the colorization options of FPD. http://support.fancyproductdesigner.com/solution/articles/5000548185-understanding-the-different-colorization-methods also take a look at the demos you can import to see how the layers need to be setup.
