Is it possible to add a design from the frontend, and then load it into the backend?

I have some guys who want to help me design, and it would be awesome if they didn't have to login to the backend each time :) Also i would like to use the "snap to" grid function, but it's not working in the backend.

That is currently not possible, sorry.
