how do I get demo artwork to show in "choose from designs"?

It shows the categories (badges, sports, swirls, vintage), but when you click on a category, none of the actual artwork show in the box. The artwork is in the library, just not showing on front end.
You can try to select "stay on top" in the design options. Maybe the design are layered below your upper layer. If this doesn't help please open a support ticket so we can have a closer look at your issue.
