Problems with Gravity Form integration

Hi,

I connected FPD with Gravity Forms as described in https://support.fancyproductdesigner.com/support/solutions/articles/13000033292--plus-connecting-gravity-form-with-fancy-product-designer 

The problem is that the customer's orders aren't showing in Orders tab. I also get emails with a lot of code instead of picture of designed product. See attached image.


Any ideas?

Did you ever get this resolved? How did you do it? I am having the same issue.


they don't show up in the orders tab. With gravity forms there are entries for that form.


Sending images by mail is currently not possible. For the mails you have to disable the fpd_data from being sent along (what you're seeing is the order data).


In the notification settings of your form, you most likely currently have {all_fields} in the message. You need to change this and remove the fpd_data field, please see the gravity forms documentation on how to do this: https://docs.gravityforms.com/configuring-notifications-in-gravity-forms/
