I when import demo it not run and message :
Fatal error: Class 'ZipArchive' not found in /home/labelsonlinecom/public_html/lol/wp-content/plugins/fancy-product-designer/admin/class-admin-import.php on line 30

Please help me, I have to open a support ticket something? I don't understand, please explan.

Solution:

1) log in to your cPanel, and click on the icon labeled "PHP PEAR Packages" (in the Software section). Next, in the search box (underneath the "Find a PHP Extensions and Applications Package" heading, type in "zip" and click the Go button. On the next page, you should see a listing for Archive_Zip - simply click on the Install link on the right hand side. 

2) cpanel -> Select PHP version -> check zip module in this page

This absolutely worked for me... fantastic!
Strange how I had to do this though at all, on a brand new hosting package at current php version etc with a brand new WP install and fresh download of the Fancy plugin :)
