Hello guys,

We have two websites and I've just started using Fancy designer for both of them. Both Woocommerce sites use the same theme, however on one of the site the featured product image is not displaying. I mean I've uploaded an image and it's not displaying and it doesn't display the fancy product either after completing.

This is the site where it's not working:

And on the other site it works perfectly:

https://shopcatchingrainbows.com/shop-2/uncategorized/custom-phone-case/

Could you guys help me with it?

I am having this same exact issue. Did this get resolved? I am interested in how it may have been fixed.

For which product do you need support?
