New Features

- Display patterns in "Text Layers" and "Manage Layers“ module with color palettes

- Display price in Order Viewer for Shortcode orders 

- Custom Image Upload is now done via wp-ajax to prevent Firewall problems

Bugs fixed

- Setting minDPI to 0, will disable DPI check 

- usePrintingBoxAsBounding not added in relevant view options  

- Duplicate and remove corner controls now executed on mouse down
