Hi, I have a problem, hope you could help. 

The feature of sending the completed design to the administrator is turned on, however whenever we click on the link received in the e-mail, it asks us to log in to the Wordpress site. The file used to be downloaded without the need to log in first. 

We have turned off the Download Link: Customer Login Required feature, but it does not seem to have helped.

It stopped working about a month ago. Is there anything we can do? Thanks in advance!
