Automatic pdf export height skewed while manual pdf export correct

I too had this issue. Navigate to the Products Builder and click on 'View Options'
Once you are in that menu you can set the Print Size and it will no longer have a skewed height.

I've purchased the pro export plugin for woo-commerce. It does what I need in terms of exporting, but the exported image doesn't have the correct proportions. This is what the manually exported pdf looks like:
Versus what the automatic export looks like.
As you can see, the height of the automatically exported pdf is very off compared to what it is supposed to look like. Getting this fixed is the last step for getting this project done, so any direction would be great!
