Display background colour in frontend using dynamic views module.

Am using the FPD plus dynamic view module at the moment. Wondering if there is a CSS code that will allow displaying the background colour in the front end. This will enable customers that want to design their stickers from scratch to choose any background colour. I know this is possible using MSPC but I need more flexibility as customers will be allowed to design whatever size of products they want. The MSPC has limitations in dynamic views. Please see attached screenshot.
