Add user-created preview to order (with or without paid export addon)

Hi there!
I'm working with webhooks to pull the FPD info from an order into a third party platform, so my client's designers can refer to the files/design and tweak them.
Right now, the order provides all of the base pieces (the uploaded images, fonts used, etc.) but the user-creation itself is nowhere to be found.
Is there any way to add the preview image to the _fpd item being passed? If I were to purchase the PRO Export add-on, are there any options for this?
