does anyone using SiteGround Optimizer and know how to fix
when press Purge SG Cache, it will also clear all design with share design link detail.

Good to see that your issue gets solved, but if you want to use both FPD and SG Optimizer together then you should follow the recommended settings in the link given below;
Solved :turn off Memcached (not sure, but it work)
