Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe versucht, Fancy Product Designer zusammen mit dem Woodmart Theme zum Laufen zu bekommen und bin auf ein paar kleine Probleme gestoßen.

Ich habe ein Produkt mit FPD gestaltet. Danach ersetzt das Plugin das erste Bild der Produktgalerie durch das individuell gestaltete Produkt - so wie es gemäß meiner Einstellungen auch sein sollte. Dieser Teil funktioniert.

Das Originalprodukt sieht so aus:

Nach der Gestaltung des Produkts:

Aber wenn ich nun das angepasste Produkt in den Warenkorb lege und zur Warenkorb- oder Kassenseite gehe, wird wieder das Standardproduktbild angezeigt, nicht mehr das angepasste Bild von FPD.

Nach dem Hinzufügen zum Warenkorb über AJAX wird das Bild noch richtig in der Sidebar angezeigt:

Aber auf der Seite des Warenkorbs wird es nicht mehr angezeigt, stattdessen wird das Standardbild angezeigt:

Außerdem sollte auf der Warenkorbseite unter dem Produktnamen ein Link "Hier klicken, um das Produkt erneut zu bearbeiten" angezeigt werden, der zurück zur Produktseite führt, aber auch dieser Link fehlt.

Ich gehe davon aus, dass es ein Problem auf Seiten des Woodmart Themes ist, habe diesbezüglich schon deren Support kontaktiert (nachzulesen hier ). Aber ich hoffe, auch hier Hilfe zu erhalten. Immerhin sind FPD und Woodmart beide wahnsinnig beliebt und es wäre doch für die Kunden von beiden Produkten ein großer Vorteil, wenn das Theme und das Plugin reibungslos miteinander arbeiten würden.

Hello all,

I have been trying to get Fancy Product Designer to work along with the Woodmart theme and have run into a few small issues.

I have designed a product using FPD. After that, the plugin replaces the first image of the product gallery with the custom designed product - as it should be according to my settings. This part works.

The original product looks like this:

But now when I add the customized product to the cart and go to the cart or checkout page, the default product image is displayed again, not the customized image from FPD.

After adding to cart via AJAX, the image is still displayed correctly in the sidebar:

But on the shopping cart page it is no longer displayed, instead the default image is displayed:

Also, on the cart page, there should be a "Click here to re-edit product" link under the product name that takes you back to the product page, but that link is also missing.

I assume that it is a problem on the part of the Woodmart theme, have already contacted their support regarding this (read about it here). But I hope to get some help here as well. After all, FPD and Woodmart are both insanely popular and surely it would be a great benefit to customers of both products if the theme and plugin worked smoothly together.

Please check if you haven't enabled the recommended settings 

- Enable the "Customized Product Thumbnail" options in fpd settings > woocommerce > cart  

As explained, everything is set up correclty. It works with Storefront theme, just not with Woodmart, so it's an iissue with my theme, overriding the settings of FPD. So it needs a more complex fix than changing settings.

If you have the correct settings, then the issue is with a theme for sure. You should wait for Woodmart support they can assist you better with this issue. Thanks
