we have integranted the plugin and add a product like the introduction. My product has a background image (locked). When i style it with a text on in it at the frontend and put it in the basket the thumbnail is generated correct and i can go back and edit it, all fine. But when i purchase it in the backend the fancy product widget is empty and has zero layers. I cant see what the customer designed and so i dont have a export.
Whats wrong with my settings? The background image is not excluded from export even if it like the text must be shown and exported but that doenst appear too.
