Several customers have already told me that they cannot upload images.

Every time I tried it it worked...

Now I've realized that it's apparently because of the right. A customer cannot upload images but the admins can.

Where and what do I have to change?

Please confirm what note a user sees when trying to upload an image.

I use Wordfence Security, but I entered the "solution" mentioned after installation, over a year ago.

However, I still have the message and only with customers and not with admins.

I have already activated the debug log in the config.php, but there is no entry in the log for this error message

Please try to deactivate each plugin one by one, and keep checking, because sometimes a plugin conflict makes this issue too.
