"Rainbow" color picker cannot be found

Hello, when setting up a product, I cannot activate the color selector for the font. I don't need a specific color, just the rainbow selection. How can I do this?

You need to activate the color selection on GENERAL then, in colors you need to add at least one (#000000 by example...)

This is a screenshot, there is no Coolor Picker.
