I recently purchased your plugin to build a webshop where customers can order personalized products. First, I’m creating a custom fridge magnet set.
In every case, the product is not a single magnet, but a pack of 4–6 or more individual magnets. I’ve configured the Product Designer so customers can add designs to each magnet individually. It works well when the user selects a specific magnet before uploading an image – the image is correctly placed on that selected item.
However, if no magnet is selected and an image is uploaded, the image is placed in the center of the entire canvas, covering all magnets. Then the user has to delete it, select a magnet manually, and re-upload the image. I'm concerned that many users won't understand this workflow and may get confused.
Question 1: Is there a way to make the first magnet (or a default layer) automatically selected when the designer opens? This would make the process more intuitive for users.
Question 2: How can I ensure that the product can only be added to the cart if all magnets in the pack are customized? For example, if the pack contains 4 magnets, the product should not be allowed into the cart unless all 4 have a design. Even if only 3 are done, it should still prevent checkout.
I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to achieve these two functions.
