As the topic suggests, nothing happens to my page when adding the [fpd] shortcode. The shortcake for form seems to be working fine. 

Is there anything else to it? I just want to add the product designer to a stand alone page if possible.

I see now that my spell check changed shortcode to shortcake for those not understanding.
