Here is the problem: I added +20€ for custom text to the product, fine, but If the customer wants to add more than one text, the pluggin increases the price 20€ each time. Is it possible, to add the +20€ only the first time, and then the customers can add as many textes as they want?

In the view options (product builder) you can set a maximum prices for a view, which can not be exceeded. Which should allow you to do what you are looking for.
