When I place an order via cell phone, the information is not recorded. The button for "Load in Order Viewer" does not appear on the order (https://prnt.sc/3OsPYSVr2ZR-).

I noticed that when I personalize (https://prnt.sc/PNv1O3gV_Ppt), complete the order and view the cart, I don't see the edited thumbnail (https://prnt.sc/0VQM56HbJQNl) and if I click on the link "Click here re-edit" the customization I made disappears (https://prnt.sc/rvRB0QDQooqK).
