Is there a way to create font categories by print type? In other words, we do embroidery, sublimation, heat transfer vinyl and rhinestones. The fonts for all of these can be completely different, especially for embroidery and rhinestones. So, I wanted to see if there was a way to create a category specifically for the printing type.

for each product
You can choose Available Fonts
products / product / Individual Product Settings / general / Available Fonts
you can limit font size and smallness in general settings
So is it possible to have a 3D font for embroidery = EUR 5,- And normal fonts are EUR 2,- And than with character counting, is this possible?

it would be a really great addition if you could do this! Create a category of fonts, say, "Vintage fonts." Then you can choose that for a vintage product and you don't have to add tens of fonts to each product individually.
